These kinds of articles always kill me because they're written by people who look at major events and scratch their heads at blatantly obvious reasons.
Like yeah, it's not a surprise to me that couples aren't fucking more even though they're locked up together.
The original baby boom occurred as a result of relative economic stability and job availability post-WWII. Plus GI Bill incentives made homebuying more affordable for young couples. It's not a surprise that a population/economy relatively free of worry created horny conditions
