I try to not devine much from patent filings as those are made by big corporations all the time and often don't amount to anything. So, the #pokemon patents mean next to nothing to me.

Yup, @ArloStuff, I think you may be right. The #nintendodirect may be replaced with a steady stream of announcements rather than an info dump. The #Zelda & #Metroid anniversary may have one, but that's it. Gonna miss 'em, but I think it's better

At least it looks super pretty, which is excruciatingly rare for #pokemon games; but even worse, so is grand ambition. I want to walk around in this world, not do the same thing we did in the original game which ran on limited hardware.

Honestly, the #NewPokemonSnap trailer has me bummed. I really didn't want the on-rails cart to return. I hoped for an open world where you discovered Pokemon naturally and took photos like a Nat Geo photographer. Being on a theme park ride is nowhere near as interesting.

I have no intelligent or meaningful words about the end of a collaboration that should have never happened and only resulted in predicted failure. @EA deserves no licenses, and neither does @Ubisoft. I hope @LucasfilmGames can work independently and free

Putting it here just in case it becomes true: One of the upcoming #SmashbrosUltimate dlc fighters will be either Sub-Zero or Scorpion from #MortalKombat. I just think it makes sense and would be awesome.

It's very common for special edition consoles to be released in order to use up the current stock of soon-to-be outdated hardware. That's why the outer casings are made last.

Having never played #SuperMario3DWorld it didn't even occur to me that the camera in #BowsersFury is free moving like a traditional 3D Mario. Makes me wonder why they didn't just make it a whole new game or #SuperMarioOdyssey 2. Maybe that's not a thing.

I really love the implication in #SuperMario3DWorld that Bowser Jr. is helping you save his dad from whatever happened to him in #BowsersFury. It makes every characters relationship interesting going forward.

That #SuperMario35 #NintendoSwitch is pretty as hell. But it does push the announcement of the #NintendoSwitchpro further out. I'm thinking it may be September to November which could mean a #BreathoftheWild 2 themed one. Which I will buy.
